Kathinka is a Bergen based band who started up in the Autumn of 2008. With members from, amongst others, The Megaphonic Thrift and Syme, inspiration sources such as Sonic Youth and Blonde Redhead, and after a week at Tinnitus Recording in Bergen, Kathinka had finally found a sound which this winter gave them the title Ukas Urørt (Track/Artist of the Week).
