Bård Aasen Lødemel, also known as Skatebård, has in recent years built up a name as one of the world’s foremost deliverers of modernistic italo inspired disco, electro and techno. It’s difficult to decide what’s most complex – the man or the machines he plays on. Either way the music has a simple message – DANCE! Ever since the fantastic album “Skateboarding was a crime in 1989” the nerd from Sogn has delivered one wonder after another, live or mixed.

Skateboard has a series of 12" to his name and album number two, “Cosmos” from the autumn of 2008 was rewarded with high praise and a Spelleman nomination in the class Electronica.
