[Ingenting] started in Stockholm in 2003 and delivered their first calling card a year later in the form of the EP “Ingenting er lätt”. Thereafter followed two albums and another EP before the fresh full length “Tomhet, idel tomhet” saw the light of day in the Autumn of 2009, which featured Markus Krunegård, as a guest, who also appears at By:Larm this year.

music ranges from bombastic and pompous pop, to postrock’s grinding symphonies, from melodic psychedelia to youthful revolutionary pop-punk. This wild mixture of styles is gilded and refined by Christopher Sander’s lyrics which naked and direct are injected into the listeners bloodstream, course through the veins in quite an unusual way. With a fragile voice full of sadness and rebellion we hear about life on the threshold of adulthood and beyond. These are lyrics that describe uncensored and direct, this is Farväl Falkneberg meets Fucking Åmål, Taxi Driver meets Bible gospel.
