Lady Moscow can be difficult to place musically since the band have many references in both pop and sound art. The are expressive and outgoing and you can hear rock, folk, rhythmic tango, classical references, drone music and much more. The band consists of acoustic guitar, vocals, violin, acoustic bass, mandolin, accordion, percussion and glockenspiel amongst other instruments.

In the autumn of 2008, Lady Moscow debuted with the album ‘Barrel Dance’ which received good review in music paper Puls and Bergens Tidende (5/6). They have played over 60 concerts since 2007, and in the summer of 2009 have performed at festivals such as Fjellpark, Egersund, Suset in Denmark and, as one of only three Norwegian bands, Fusion in Germany. Over the course of the winter the orchestra will go into the studio and record their second album.
